Where checkout is available
Checkout currently supports the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, selected countries across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and parts of Latin America and Africa.
The checkout destination selector is the final source of truth. If your country does not appear, email support before ordering so we can review it for a future delivery batch.

Processing and delivery estimates
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. US delivery is generally 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. International delivery is generally 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Carrier routing, customs inspection, weather, holidays, address review, and seasonal volume can add time. A limited or made-to-order product may show more specific timing on its product page.
Duties, taxes, and local charges
Sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be calculated during Stripe Checkout based on destination and current tax settings.
Import duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, or local carrier fees may be collected by the destination country or carrier. These charges are outside talismancove's control unless checkout explicitly shows otherwise.
Tracking and address support
Review the shipping address carefully before payment. Address changes are only possible before an order is packed or handed to the carrier.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact support with the Stripe receipt email, order reference, and shipping name.
