Clear delivery expectations for every order
talismancove serves customers globally through Stripe Checkout. We keep the MVP launch policy simple: a flat $10 USD standard shipping fee where checkout is available, clear address collection, and direct support if a package needs attention.
Where we ship
talismancove is built as a global brand. During MVP launch, Stripe Checkout supports the countries and regions we can currently deliver to.
If your country or region does not appear at checkout, email support@talismancove.com. We will review whether we can support that destination in the next delivery batch.
Orders are shipped to the address entered during Stripe Checkout, so please review the shipping name, street address, apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, and country before payment.
Processing and delivery timing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier route, customs review, and local postal handling.
As a general guide, US orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Seasonal drops, first-batch products, weather delays, carrier delays, and address verification can add extra time. If a product is a preorder or limited launch item, the product page will carry the clearest available timing.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $10 USD for MVP launch orders placed through talismancove.com where checkout is available.
Sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be calculated during Stripe Checkout based on the customer location and Stripe Tax settings. Import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier where applicable.
Address changes and delivery issues
For address changes, email support@talismancove.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order is packed or handed to the carrier.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if a package arrives damaged, contact support with your order reference and photos when relevant.
