Customer data used only to run the shop

This policy explains what we collect during browsing, checkout, support, and fulfillment. The short version: we use customer data to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

Information we collect

When you place an order, Stripe Checkout collects payment, billing, shipping, phone, and contact details needed to process the transaction. talismancove receives order details needed for fulfillment and support.

We may also collect messages you send to support, order references, delivery issue details, and basic site analytics if analytics tools are enabled.

Payment and order systems

Stripe processes payment information. talismancove does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Supabase stores order records, order events, shipping details, customer contact details, and fulfillment status so we can manage paid orders.

How we use information

We use information to create checkout sessions, collect payment, calculate tax when enabled, ship orders, handle returns, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand site performance.

We do not sell customer personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the shop, such as Stripe, Supabase, email providers, analytics providers, and shipping partners.

Retention and choices

We keep order and support records as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and customer service.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@talismancove.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or transaction reasons.

Children and policy updates

talismancove is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the store adds new systems, shipping options, analytics, or customer account features.
