Customer data used only to run the shop

When you place an order, Stripe Checkout collects payment, billing, shipping, phone, and contact details needed to process the transaction. talismancove receives order details needed for fulfillment and support.

If you create an account, we store your email, profile name, saved delivery address, saved products, recent product views, and cart selections. We may also collect messages you send to support, order references, delivery issue details, and basic site analytics only when you allow analytics cookies.

Stripe processes payment information. talismancove does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Supabase stores account records, saved products, browsing and cart choices, order records, order events, shipping details, customer contact details, and fulfillment status so we can run the account and fulfillment experience.

We use information to create checkout sessions, collect payment, calculate tax when enabled, ship orders, handle returns, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand site performance.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the shop, such as Stripe, Supabase, email providers, analytics providers when you allow them, and shipping partners.

Necessary storage keeps your cart, account session, security controls, and saved cookie preference working. Optional analytics cookies are off by default and are used only after you choose to allow analytics.

You can reject optional cookies, change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the site footer, or visit the Cookie Policy for a category-by-category explanation. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat optional analytics as disabled.

We keep order and support records as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and customer service.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or transaction reasons.

talismancove is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the store adds new systems, shipping options, analytics, or customer account features.
