A calm 30-day return window
We want the product to arrive as described, feel gift-ready, and match the order you placed. Because these are symbolic goods, our policy is based on product condition, delivery, and order accuracy.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, pouch, card, and included notes when possible.
To begin, email support@talismancove.com with your Stripe receipt email, order reference, item name, and reason for the return.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping upgrades, if any are added in the future, may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the package, item, and packing materials so we can review the issue quickly.
When the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on inventory and the situation.
